Ooey-Gooey Butterfinger Cake

First off, I would just like to apologize for not posting more frequently. I went out of town for a bit; however, that is not a very good excuse. :) Anyways, I hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas/New Years because I know I did. I drove 13 hours or so, but I'm not complaining one bit! The trip was well worth it because I got to spend the holidays with some of the most amazing people!

With that said, I would just like to introduce to you an amazing little cake that I came across a few months back by one of my colleagues. Let's just say if you have a sweet tooth then you will LOVE this or so I hope! :)

Ooey-Gooey Butterfinger Cake
Ingredients:
-Box of Duncan Hines German Chocolate Cake mix (3 eggs & 1/3 c. vegetable oil needed)
-1 jar of Caramel topping
-1 can of sweetened condensed milk
-(1 to 3) Butterfinger candy bar(s) (broken into tiny pieces)
-1 tub of Cool Whip

Directions:
Mix together the cake mix and bake according to the directions on the box. While hot--poke holes all over the cake. Mix together the caramel topping and the sweet milk, and pour it all over the cake. Crush up the butterfinger(s) and sprinkle all over the top of the cake. Allow the cake to cool then refrigerate for a few hours. Once completely cool-- top the cake with cool whip.

Hope you enjoy! :) Please feel free to comment below and let me know what you think! It would be greatly appreciated!
